CLK Cab availability in S. Calif?

CLK Cab availability in S. Calif?
I own a 2000 CLK430 Cab and am thinking of trading it on a new one. I'm going to the San Diego Auto Show today - can I ask the experts a few questions? -
1) Are the new CLK cabs available in S. Calif and do I have any price negotiating ability at this time? I remember how tough it was in early 2000 when I got mine.
2) What should I expect for my 2000 silver/black CLK430 cab with just 21,000 miles? It has the top package - xenons, phone, NAV, etc. Trade vs dealer?

Well, we decided against a new CLK after sitting in one at the Autoshow. My wife really liked the "S" class. You know, I think they took a step backward from the design standpoint on the new CLK. The old CLK was so distinctive. SDGuy
