The HRE's i have for sale came off my W211 E55.
Just a couple hours ago, my bro and i test fitted the HRE's onto his W209 CLK55 for fun and the fitment was perfect. Nice flush fitment all around. For those of you who want to go more aggressive, you can add 5mm-7mm spacers in the rear but will have to slightly stretch your tires (depending on the tire brand).
Below are a few pics i took. Please excuse the unclean wheels, they look really bad in pictures. They've been sitting around the garage. What look like scratches are actually cobwebs. My bro's car needed a wash too.
The car has stock suspension. However, it sat a bit high cause the car was just raised and the springs didn't settle yet.
The bald tires used to test fit the wheels were...
