2005 Mercedes CLK 200 Elegance Convertible
Key fob not working
Hi

I went away for a month and came back, car was working fine but I thought the key was a bit iffy, was slow to open the doors.

Yesterday it opened doors (slowly), key turned but no lights on dashboard.

Today I changed batteries in key fob, the little red light on fob turns on so I think I did that right. But now it wont open doors or turn in ignition.

Very grateful for any assistance!

Check the car's battery (or batteries).
