I bought mine from emanual online. They were really helpful whenever I had difficulties, or needed access to the download again to redo load after I lost it on a computer. It is available on a CD, but I just got the online download.
I know some people have suggested they haven't got the full suite, however I bought from them and I got everything WIS, ASRA, etc.
