270CDI 125kw Problems with engine/EPC/injektors :/
Hallo
i have one problem with my car what I can t solve...
Engine is 270CDI with 125kw- 170hp W209 manual gearbox
Engine is shaking and making rough sound
Thing is next one ...
When i bought car i bougt him with `Injektor problems`
I rebulid them and problem was still there....
Next I bought new diesel filter, changed senzors on CDI pipe, new maf sensor, new engine holders....
i took out swrl flaps...
but problem was still there...
I must mention that car have 315 000km
Hare is video which I made on diagnostic ...
Some strange behavior of injektors or inpuls...
And also must mention..when car is in move, and when I m trying to stop (normal slowing down for this time transmition is in neutral ) before he will stop compleatly engine running like on `3 cylindres` and slightly worse when A/C is ON !
What it could be problem ?

Out Of Control!!
Did you do a compression test?----Did you purchase new NB injectors?---Did you purchase used crappy injectors?---Did you put the injectors back In the same cylinder--Did you bla bla bla

I rebuilt them (bosch service) ..
I put them in same cylinder..
I just haven't done jet compression test ..
But why injektors have so big oscilations ?

I paid 600€ for that ����
Is it possible that all 5 are scrap ?
I tested them they was good..
Next week i will try with other ones, and mabey change timing chain ( he makes little more then he should noise)
I'm not professional but is it possible that ecu gives false impulse to injektors ?
