Manual to Digital Climate control retrofit
Hi everyone!
I made a total retrofit in switching my old manual climate unit to the digital one: installed all the stepper motor, added the charcoal filter housing, the multifunction sensor and the sun sensor.
Everything seemed to work fine until cold weather came.
Let me explain: when i set temperature to 22°Celsius, the air is still cold; to have some warm air, i have to set temperature to 25°C and above.
Those are the error codes that came from my car ( 2003 CLK270 CDI):
B1115
B1680
Now, I have to admit that my climate control unit isn't a clk one but a W203 (year 2000) one: does that can be the problem?
Did i made some mistake in wiring circuit?
Can someone can post me a photo of the climate control connector plug unit so i can use as a pinout?
Thanks in advance everyone!

Thanks Rudeney!
I got how the wires goes in to the assembly but i don't unterstand how to spot the location: example N10/1 says front sam control unit location 19L or 33L. How do I spot location 19 and 33 in front sam module?
Thanks in advance!

"Postion 19L" is the coordinate on the wiring diagram - columns are numbered, rows are lettered. What you need to be concerned with is wiring colors. BK= black, BN=brown, BU=blue, WH=white, PK=pink, VT=violet, RD=red, etc.
