I know that the regulator is shot and I have the rebuild kit on the way, but in the mean time it's STUCK in the down postion and will not budge past the quarter way up. Not high enough to get the bolts to remove the glass to start the regulator repair. Any suggestions on how to get it up? Short of breaking the glass I don't see how I can get to the bolts. I've searched all over and found all the info on how to replace the regulator and rebuild it, but nothing on how to get a stuck window up and out.

Solution.... Order the parts off of ebay to rebuild it, go to your local auto body shop and get the whole thing done perfectly for 332.00 including parts. You're welcome..
