Hello,
I am a new member in Fairfax, VA. and have been lurking on this site for about 2 months gathering information to inform a purchase of a CLK350. I understand the balance shaft sprocket problem which was resolved somewhere in 2007. Could anyone tell me if this 2007 is affected VIN WDBTJ56HX7F219607 ?

That one has M272 engine # 30 536216, which is beyond the balance shaft problem range.
