Help needed left side HID lowbeam out

I was driving home and hit A large puddle of water my left side HID lowbeam went out I switched the bulb out and still nothing checked fuses number 62 and 63 are there any other things I can check

NO LONGER ACTIVE
Maybe it fried the ballast.

I was thinking the same thing I'm gonna try and switch the ballasts around tomorrow to see if that's what happened I also noticed that some of the wires by the headlights had the insulation peeling off so I'm gonna address that too

You might have to pull the bumper to get to the driver-side HID ballast. Access from the under side is blocked by the windshield washer reservoir. Other side is clear.
