Clk 320 wheel fitment

I’m new here so if I’m not doing this correctly let me know . I have a question about the rims I bought and seeing if anyone can help me ... I bought a set of 4 wheels and they don’t fit my 2004 clk 320 . It turns out the the center hub on my car is too big . The center holes on the wheels are too small to fit the center hub .. is there anything that can be done ??

You might check if there is an adaptor plate for the wheels you have purchased and Mercedes. I have never used such an adaptor, but they used to exist.

If the hubs on the car are too big for the wheels, then I believe the only option would be to get adapters that would adapt the hub to the correct size (as stated above). However, that's going to push out your wheels (adding positive offset), which may or may not be a desirable look, and which may not be ideal in terms of safety/handling depending on how thick the adapters are.

If possible, it would probably be best just to get rims that fit the car.
