I salvaged the carbon fiber airbox off my now deceased '01 E55. This was part of the Stage 1 kit, the cost for the box new was about $1500. The box is in excellent shape, except for some discoloration on the backside where it touches the bottom of the hood (can be seen in second picture). It an easy snap on peice which looks great installed. Has K&N filters inside. Will sell to the highest offer, PM me if interested.

I have it and it looks awesome. But do not expect any performance gain.
and It is true CF airbox inside out.
