help with rotors please, w208
i have a question regarding the stock rotors vs brembo crossdrilled rotors.
which are better? are they pretty much the same as performance?
also how come they only list the rears for the w208 on evosport,
and will these rotors work with stock calipers and pads ? thanks so much for the help, i've searched and i wanna leave the stock calipers for now and want to get that crossdrilled look, but i don't want to suffer any performance loss, thx!!!!!!

I had Brembo cross-drilled with stock calipers on my w209. IF anyone is going to purchase them I recommend painting the hub black. After a few months it turned very rusty. I don't think they are worth the money. Went with r1concepts

The R1's have been great. I had a lot of problems with the Brembo/Porterfield R4s combo. Very loud squeaking and rough stops. Switched to the R1concepts/Akebonos and haven't had a problem. I only used the stock rotors for a month and that was 2 1/2 yrs ago so I really don't remember. This is a pic of the R1's

The 208 front rotors for the 55 are unique. I believe the brembo, r1, etc are larger than stock and hence wont fit. Ive seen a stock sized cross drilled but cant remember what brand. With upgraded pads these brakes are more than enough for the streets so im sure that has kept the aftermarket parts out of the running.

I ran into this same road block, options for W208 AMG front rotors are limited.
Please do discuss available OEM size rotors would be much appreciated
