topless in SB

Newbie owner of CLK55 vert and looking for some help please. I have been looking through the posts for about a week and cant find the answers to 2 immediate questions about the car.

1) Will the CL lites fit our cars (they look flippin awesome)?

2) How do I bypass the convertible switch that makes us put the car in park and apply break before top comes down?
