If that car was a left hand drive I would have been contacting you and the dealership you work at and had it on a ship to Dubai by the end of the week. That thing is absolutely stunning, I presume it's a '05?

First registered in New Zealand in Januari 2005, this car should be at a collector somewhere, such a shame if this ends up as a high mileage car in a couple years time. Although these cars need to be driven offcourse. She had her maintenance done at the right times, and sometimes the only drive in between services has been the drive home, which is 3 miles from us:D I would love to sell it to someone here and knowing whats gonna happen to it. However there is huge interest in the car, even though it's priced at NZD 80.000,- so It'll probably be gone soon in our AMG country. |
Amazing how low the milage is on that car. I thought my car at 55,000 was good.

/Thread lol

CLK55s never came with quad tips, correct? Very interesting that both red ones have a quad tip conversion- they're like twins.
Did the CLK63 Coupe (non BS) have quad tips stock while the cabrio is only dual tips? |

That's right, the 2005 ones had the quads. The first car was owned by a 80year old lady so I don't think she would have modded it haha... although my respect for her would be sky high!!
CLK63 COUPE non BS had quads but Cabriolet had doubles on left |
Thanks to all of you. I guess I've never seen any 2005/6 CLK55s- never seen any with the quad tips in person. I really like how it looks so much more aggressive than the dual tip.
What was the "official" reason the CLK63 Cabrio doesn't have quad tips? Something with the spare tire/ stiffening for the cabrio roof didn't allow enough room? |
