Biturbo V12 W208
What do you think? Contemplating putting a s600 setup in my w208 and selling my current supercharged setup? Will it even fit?

It's hard to imagine anything bigger than the v8 in there. But if there is a will There is a way.

Those blocks are pretty big, but then again someone did manage to put an SLR motor in a SLK lol. But I would think if Brabus didn't do it then maybe there was a reason cause Brabus love's putting V12 in almost anything even those C classes

Good luck with that. Measure the width, height, and length of the long block and then measure your engine bay. What ever happened with the header pics you were gonna post?

If you mean the intakes, the pics are on the downpipe thread on the SL55/63/65 forum. I had Racehorse asking about them too. Headers I can't touch till I do a full turbo rebuild

Even a 55k engine requires some modification to fit in the crammed 208 engine bay. If you just want to do something different go for it but be ready to chop some stuff up and hope you have deep pockets or doing the work yourself

If you are contemplating doing something different why not add bi turbos to a 55 block as you know you won't have fitment issues. If that isn't enough power for you then perhaps bi turbo a 63 v8 which again should not have the level of fitment issues a v12 would. Just a thought.

^ sounds like a pretty good option to me. Twin turbo 55 would provide a lot more top end than the supercharger does and you can select the turbos for exactly what you want in a powerband.

I had a look at my w209 engine bay. I thought a single turbo with a cross over pipe would work ok but would need some relocation of some most likely "unrelocatable" items such as ESP and even then it would be tight. I am not sure how much room there is down low for twins. In any case it would be a piping nightmare.

If you have to ask, dont even think of it. There would be so much more to that swap than fitment.. if you don't know that its way out of your league.
