]Eurocharged Performance is proud to announce a sale on CLK55 headers!
Sale price: $600+shipping
Our high flow exhaust headers greatly reduce exhaust gas back pressure allowing the engine to breathe freely and produce more power, and supercharged as well as naturally aspirated engines will benefit from the use of these headers.
A naturally aspirated V8 will typically gain 7 to 10 percent in horse- power and torque, while a supercharged engine will gain as much as 15 percent in horsepower and torque.
The kit includes tig welded stainless steel headers, OEM gaskets and OEM bolts.
Headers can be ceramic coated or thermal wrapped for an additional charge. Please contact Eurocharged Performance for pricing and lead time.

someone give them a call and set up a group buy. I feel like there is a lot of interest in this set especially if it fits both w208 and w209 models. I would do it, but the time difference in Korea makes it really hard

If those fit the W208 count me in,
The exhaust outlet on the header appears greater than 70mm which is one of the restriction points for the NA55 M113 engine.
Fabbing collector flanges down past the resonator will be necessary. (but worth it)
Looks like a SOB to install but worth it compared to what a soul sacrifice (quote santana) from others.
Thanks for the heads up Eurocharged, My order is coming soon.

I called them for conformation on the W208 and the original build will fit.
The replacements we are reading about here are made from the same Jig and are not in stock yet but coming to USA via shipment.
Remember these are shorties and not long tubes but a promising alternative to what is out there. I am not going to blow 3k on headers for a car this old and expect large HP numbers with the age of the engine. I ordered a set
This mod just might get buy without tuning but I am speculating.
I like the thought of a group buy with tune it would guarantee results for Eurocharged and Us.

If you live in Fl I did find an ex Renntech builder that is happy to fab a set. Again I don't want to throw away good money on an aging Daily driver, but I will visit his shop for greetings though.

I could be interested but I would need to see some photos of the inside welds, collectors, flanges etc and get the outlet inner diameter. I presume right hand drive is not an issue? I don't know how close these are to the steering components.

Agreed...and dyno sheets and sound clips. I'm not changing headers just to say I changed headers

The welds are good and the collectors look near 70mm around 2.75 "
I can post a picture tomorrow. The group buy sounds good to save some $. I was under a timing constraint and ordered mine outright.
I have been through quite a few headers on several vehicles even fabbing a set for one of my trucks (gone) These look look the right stuff. I am happy with the purchase but saving some $ would have made it better.
The collectors are angled different so it is doubtful right hand drive Vehicles are compatible.
Cheers, Gator
