HELP ME PlEASE
Headbolts is a well known issue but only few engines are concerned.
If you want the car, buy it with a discount if you can and if the headbolt issue arrived be prepared to add some money
This car is amazing.
My previous CLK 63 has now 160 000km and still has standard headbolts

Preventative head bolt replacement is much cheaper than waiting until they fail. Have them updated to the newer style bolts and don't worry about it.

Try to get over the potential failure hype....think about it tho; the car is how old and has how many miles? If a bolt hasn't failed by now it might be safe to say you are good.
I've been in my early M156 car for 5 years and ten of thousands of miles, no bolt issues.
