convertible top making straining noise- now won't open or fully close
 

Just noticed the other day I heard a slight snap of a sound and the top opened and closed OK but just didn't sound as robust as usual. Then today the windows would go down, the top would unlatch but not open any further. When attempting to close it all windows go up but the top won't fully latch shut. Any thought on what could be wrong. Thanks
