I Almost Had a Heart Attack!
The salesman from the dealer where I'm allocated the 1st CLK63AMG just e-mailed me a little note today and said he received an e-mail or note from Mercedes-Benz that had my vin number and price on it. 
He said they're still not sure of the delivery date but it's looking like sometime next month.
OK.... so you ask what's the big deal?
Well, the price posted was $444,444!!! 
I almost fell off my chair onto the floor! 
I immediately called the dealer and spoke to the sales manager and asked him am I on LSD or is Mercedes-Benz on LSD?
He laughed and said that Mercedes-Benz always puts $444,444 on early invoices of cars they have no delivery date for!
Whew..... I was ready to tell him that I think I'll pass on the car at that price.... especially since I've seen thousands of posts everywhere that say it should list for $130-135,000. He confirmed that the price of the CLK should be in the area of $135,000.
Well, now I can go back to sitting on my *** waiting for the car.

You better check, they may have ordered you an SLR 722 and that would be about the right price.

That's funny and was the same thing I said to my salesman when I was told $444,444.00
