*** Carbon Airbox for 63 Cars ***
We are happy to introduce a new product that will be available shortly. It is currently in production and will be here in 4-5weeks.
- Increase of 18-21hp and 14-18lb/ft
- Plenum volume has increased substantially which accounts for the power increase
- MAF sensors and everything else work perfect.. No CEL.. There are built-in air straighteners inside the airboxes which ensure proper airflow to the MAF sensors..
The package includes: CF High flow airboxes, CF Engine Cover, high performance air filters.
VRP Introductory price: $1850 + shipping.
NOTE: THESE ARE NOT CARBON OVERLAYS!!!! These are NEW airboxes that replace the stock factory ones. Same quality and finish as the 55 version.

Hows that going to affect your current modded airbox from Evosport?
U just scrapping that one? Is the VRP one going to allow your car to make same HP?
I am awaiting exact same mods to my BS - bought the whole package
- just patiently waiting for parts to arrive. Did diff. wheels and having interior done in ultrasuede and various exterior pieces painted and taillights blacked out nd perhaps nitrous system. Just because 
Anyway was thinking of forgoing the evo airbox and gettin this one.
HOw'd you like HOT Import Nights ? I used to show -w TW Competition in '06 w a Ridiculously modded Kleemann SL500 I won or placed in nearly every show on the east coast and central. I grew tired of it and eventually just let them take my car but it was fun for awhile.

The airbox/intake was/is an area of concern, even with the mods that Evosport made. They (Evosport) as well as a local Chicago tuner felt there was still a lot left on the table. Not sure if this mod is going to be better, worse or the same as what I have now, but I figure for only $1800.00 I might as well see what it will do, besides it looks trick as hell! I am planning on another dyno run in the next couple weeks to gauge before and after HP/torque figures. I will be sure to post results. As luck would have it a tuner just moved his location two doors down from one of my warehouses and just took delivery of two brand new dynos, they have this new ultra trick dyno that will do awd cars.
As for the Hot Import Nights, car shows are not really my thing, I loaned the car to a local tuner kind of as a favor, he entered and I ended up winning 1st place in the VIP Import class.

VRUS; How close are we to a ship date on these? I'm trying to sync up some other mods and dyno time so I can guage what kind of gains I get from this mod by itself.

your car is so severe it better get 1st place! would be nice if that carbon airbox delivered you some 20hp, not to mention how good thats going to look under your hood, will complement your CF lip and spoiler too
