Carbon parts for BS

Hi,

Where can I find carbon front lip and diffuser for my CLK BS? I know that Renntech has a set but it's pretty expensive as I use it on track and small rocks will make them rough pretty quickly.

So looking for a cheaper alternative.
Thanks

For carbon lip, I don't know, but the OEM rear diffusor is not so expensive (less than 1000$ if I remember) directly from MB

We can purchase this lip for you and get it skinned and gel coated on carbon fiber (NOT HYDRO DIPPED OR WRAPPED)
We have a person who will lay the cardon fiber fabric on it and them gel coat it
Price is $900 plus ship

Calm down - you are mis-spelling words

Cheaper than expected - when I had the dealer

look it up - I was quoted $1740.00 but told

my price could be adjusted lower

A BS I was looking at had a cracked diffuser and

I was expecting a much higher price

Thank-You

Any agressivity in my post. I was just not sure to understand yours.
I was also surprised by the price when I changed my rear diffusor at the beginning of the year. Less cheaper than expexted

You are most likely the most recent

purchaser of the BS OEM rear diffuser

in this sub-forum so I think your price is

more current

I checked about two years ago - I get a substantial

discount on parts but did not ask for my price

I am guessing that the dealership you purchased

your diffuser from has appreciated your business

in the past

Thank-You

Ok, Vorsteiner has no stock on the front lips and don't answer when they will be back... So anyone has a second-hand Vorsteiner front lip for sale?

The following doesn't exactly answer your query but might help after you've decided whose aero pieces to buy.

I had my third new carbon fiber splitter wrapped before installation on my lowered ZO6. Cost to wrap using SunTek, $100.00. Car is tracked, thus previous splitters got banged up and looking very ratty very quickly.

Can't confirm how well this is going to work as have not had the car on the track since new splitter installed.

However, the nose, hood and front fenders have been wrapped since new and after 11+ years and approximately 50 track days there is no damage to the paint on those sections of the car.

Hi sir, thanks for your answer. It was my idea to wrap the whole car. Since it's not a trailerqueen and I want to use it properly. So the whole car + all carbon parts will be wrapped, the carbon parts in a transparant wrap.

Sounds like the optimal solution.
