LED headlight height adjustment

Nice. Was doing a search for just this. I needed to move my headlight down on one side because the bumper to headlight Gap is too wide. Anyone know how to do side to side adjusting? One headlight sticks out past the fender just a tad bit too far. I want it flush. I only see the one hex screw. Do I have to remove the bumper to get the headlight out and readjusted or can I do it someway easy? My Cadillac was so simple compared to this car. Three screws, all accessible from the top as soon as you pop the hood open. The joys of simple cars...

Hi @Tulip , did you ever figure this out? I'm in the process of doing this swap now. I've purchased load canbus resistors but is there an additional harness that is needed? Also since the halogens used H7/H15, the wires from the vehicle for those bulbs are no longer used? Just the pin connection? Thanks in advance.
