Stock wheels for sale (5 spoke)
Hey everyone, I'm selling my stock rims (all 4) If anyone is interested let me know. Right at 10K miles on them. very minimal wear. No curb rash. 19" stock wheels. I throw in the lugs and Mercedes wheel locks. $600 plus shipping or you can pick them up locally. Upstate SC. Any interest, let me know.

They are the ones in the picture of my car. Will post more today. I just haven't had the time but I wanted to get up what I had asap. Hadn't taken them off yet. Just did that yesterday. I actually got new tires as well. They wanted $200 to just switch them so I was like well in the long run it will be cheaper even though the cost is more up front now. I'll get the pics on today.

If you need it sooner, check out ebay. There are a few on there for sale. Not sure what is wrong with yours but check with your MB dealer. They probably have a wheel guy they sub to that fixes them almost like new and may be cheaper. I know on my old E class I had one fixed of curb rash for less than $100 and you couldn't even tell it.

Tires are Pirelli P Zero. Used, great shape. Only 10K miles on the tires and wheels. They came on the car when new. Plenty of tread left. Front tires are P255/35R19 and Rear Tires are P285/30R19. There is one rear tire that has slightly less mileage because it had to be replaced after a couple of thousand miles. The car wasn't used as a daily driver until recently and apparently had got a screw in it and I didn't know it. Came back to the mountain house to find that it was flat and had been flat for a few months with all the weight on it and was any good so had to replace it. The Pirelli's tend to have some road noise as they are a performance summer tire. I went to Michelin pilot sport a/s 3's to reduce on the noise a bit as it's an all season performance tire when i put the new rims on. No feathering or cupping. Just normal wear.

I'd take the set up--EXCEPT--I "think" I've bought a set of forged twin spoke 19" from an Ebay seller in Germany. However, he's not communicating with me as to tracking info
But I have to wait until early June (if they don't show up) to get my money back on the ebay guarantee program
So--don't wait on me--but I will keep this in mind and check back later
thanks Dave

2012 CLS550 4Matic (Launch Edition)
I have the same wheels on my 2012 launch edition. If you are unable to sell the full set, I would love to take a front wheel from you (without the tire). I live in Michigan, so just let me know how much for the wheel and shipping and I will promptly send the payment to you (whatever method you choose).

Mazzojo--
How do you rate Mich Pilot sports you just put on? I am debating between those and the all season Conti's once my 19" twin spokes arrive (IF they ever arrive)
I am getting mixed info on one vs the other.
Road noise is a big issue for me--and I have learned that tires can be very troublesome on our model---fast tread wear and feathering/cupping more than normal/expected
thanks Dave

Oh.. well, I didn't see that. They have the same tread wear but still better than no mileage warranty. I guess that's because people generally with the set up don't exactly accelerate gently with these engines, but I drive normal. every now and then I'll give it some gas but normally i drive it like I drove my E Class so most likely will last about the same for me. I have yet to break traction in it and spin them.

tread wear warranty?
Maybe I better go back and look at the fine print--BUT--What about wear due to misalignment etc?
Aren't there so many exceptions to a tire warranty that same are rendered virtually worthless?
