The description of the tunes (on your website) say "Bench Flash". This is for the CLS400. Does this mean I have to turn in my ECM/ECU? Is there a OBD2 programmer option?

To any members looking at OE Tuning;
I'm a huge fan and promoter for OE Tuning since Jeremy and team turned my 2015 C400 into a 12.20 second beast on tune alone!

I'm one of the few that was able to bring them my ECU while I was vacationing in the area and gave me a chance to see where and who they are.
Since the OE tune, the car is basically just a better version of itself without any weird "quirks" that I've seen happen on cars with tunes from other companies, so they really do the proper R&D before releasing.
Just wanted to throw in my 2¢ for a company and people that are really top notch!
PS: Jeremy, I literally just picked up an MB Certified 2014 CLS 550 yesterday and want to get you to do your magic to it like you did on my C400, but noticed on the OE website that the promo code for the end of year discount doesn't work (I've been trying for about a week now). Any way around that or to get it to work? It may be stopping potential clients from purchasing your phenomenal tunes.
Thanks!

The difference is significant. However, on my 2014 cls550 I could see some rough downshifts at first- the gearbox was kicking when downshifting from third into second. Made me sweat quite a bit. Seems to have been sorted out on its own after a hundred miles
They drill a hole in the top back of the ECU then JB weld it and silver spray paint it.
The disappointing thing was they broke one of the ecu stands and just threw it in the box. Packaging was more than sufficient and the box arrived back in pristine condition. Had to fix it with dental acrylic resin. Not a big deal, but left a bitter taste.
Will definitely use these guys again, but recommend unscrewing the four black stands before sending the ECU in.

I had to email them. Jeremy sent me an invoice right away. I included fedex shipping labels and voila.

I sent Jeremy an email after I posted this and am waiting for a response.
And yes, those little black stands are a pain and they need to remove them to tune the ECU. I'm sure if you let them know, they'll send you one.
