I am swapping a 2015 sl550 wheel into my 2014 cls550, will this be a direct swap being that the wheels are the same design ? pictures are below. current wheel new wheel

I believe that should be a direct swap but make sure the donor wheel has the shaker if your car has lane avoidance.
If you do the swap, would you interested in selling me your old wheel? My '13 CLS550 has wood/leather wheel and I want all leather (I'm in hot Phoenix).

I don't see a separate fuse for just that function - looks like a fuse for steering wheel module.
I don't know if simply turning off lane assist will negate a warning light.
