AZN Optics 05-08-2012 11:39 PM

What do you mean by running lights? You mean fog replacement LED strips? The picture has our 5000K

S500 Man 05-08-2012 11:41 PM

That's your city lights isn't it? Or are you talking about your DRL low beams?

abl2fly 05-08-2012 11:56 PM

I am sorry, I was misunderstanding. Do you have a city light/fog light combo?

S500 Man 05-08-2012 11:57 PM

Those led strips are pure white like oem not bluish right?

Ok, lets get our terminology on the same page. City/Parking lights are the single light on the inner part of your headlight housing which also has your low and high beam. You have sidemarkers on the side. You have fog lights undernearth. So what you're asking for is city lights (which are 194 Wedge bulbs) and fogs (which are H7 bulbs)?

Yes, the LED strips I have are 5000K pure white.

abl2fly 05-09-2012 12:10 AM

I am now on the same page now with terminology. I would like to replace my city lights and fogs. I am not too sure about 5k or 8k. What is the pricing on that combo?

Also which fogs are pictured? That is the look I am going for.

Ok, those fogs are HID kit. Unfortunately, we no longer deal with HID kits due to increased regulation by Department of Transportation and Customs seizing HID freight shipments at port of entry.

5000K is pure white, 8000K is white with a slight hint of blue.

The lights lit up in this picture are city lights? What are the lights next to them that aren't lit up? Do you have those as well for sale?

AZN Optics 06-02-2012 01:58 AM

Yes, lit lights are city lights, the ones not lit are the low beams.

Do the license plate bulbs go out fast? Reason why I ask is because I read these type of of bulbs burn out fast. I can't decide if I should do your bulbs or the led housing replacement I saw on eBay. LMK. Thx.

The reason they might go out is because of current surges. This will vary vehicle to vehicle with some never seeing a surge, and some seeing repeated surging. I've incorporated heat sinks on my LEDs to help bleed off some of the excess heat from sudden surges, but if a big enough one comes along, then it will take out some of the delicate components. Full replacement housing options has to deal with the same issue, but due to them being housing units, they add the resistors external to the LED unit so if surges come, the excess heat is isolated away from the delicate LED components in the main housing. Of course, you're paying a premium for this and can also be achieved by adding anti-pulse/surge resistors (they sell for like a dollar) on the power wire yourself.

AZN Optics 06-25-2012 11:45 AM

All orders shipped. Thanks for ordering!

jay ridah 06-25-2012 04:40 PM

I may have misread but does you license plate bulbs have built in resistors for surges?
