Need Help
Hi, I have a Mercedes Benz CLS 500.
the codes on the car is 6210 Abs anti lock braking system control, 4D30 Check component N49 steering angle sensor, 53f0 CAN communication with control unit engine management is sporadically disturbed, and the last one is 4A42 Fault in CAN communication with control unit CGW.
the car is stalling when trying to start it. Sometime it won’t start but then it will after a few minutes.
Can anyone help with this. I know I need brakes. But would that stop the car from starting?
thanks in advance

Have you tried resetting the ecu by unplugging the batteries for about 30 mins? Worth a shot and won't cost you anything.
The steering angle sensor may need to be reset by rotating your steering wheel all the way to the left and all the way to the right a few times.

Thank you
No I did not try that. I also have another problem. My light comes on and says stop, car too low. I hear this hissing sound like air is coming out. The back left won’t raise to the level as the other tires.

Yes, or the hose to the small reservoir is leaking. Or the air hose to the spring itself. But most common is the air spring itself. Also replace the right side when you replace it!

That can be pretty expensive, I do all the work myself so I have no idea.
- Flex discs were a little bit of a pita to get them swapped, but very much important. There are 2 (1 in front and one in the rear) > https://mbworld.org/forums/c219/8443...ml#post8592344
- Brake pads should not be that expensive to replace
- Power steering fluid leak also not that hard to replace. Seems like it has the older brown fluid, they should replace it with the green fluid (also did this not too long ago). The reservoir also needs to be swapped out, it has a non-serviceable filter and an O-ring in the back. The O-ring is probably leaking or the rubber seal on the cap... > https://mbworld.org/forums/c219/8443...ml#post8597467
