Parktronic Sensors - Bumper Removal

My front left parking sensors have been acting up (constantly going off) and I don't know if any of them are faulty or have a loose connection.

I get the acoustic warning sound and all of the lights (not just the red) illuminate as if something is in proximity of the front left bumper. (front right and rears function normally)

I don't have any MB specific scanners that can tell me which one (if any) are faulty.

One body shop guy noticed one of the sensors was slightly more recessed than the others and could be what's causing it to go off. (pics attached). Not sure if that's true but i'll try making it flush

My plan is to review and replace the sensors (if needed) and make them flush, I just need instructions on how to properly remove an AMG front bumper cover w/ sensors without accidentally yanking them out.

If someone has instructions on the rear bumper removal, that would be much appreciated as well, i noticed a couple of them also are a bit more recessed than the others, and would like to clean and make them flush again as well.

Also, I noticed these sensors are not that cheap, if i needed to purchase sensors would buying used sensors just lead me down this rabbit hole again or should I just buy new OEM? Has anyone purchased and used aftermarket sensors with any success?
