I have a 2007 CLS550 that I just bought last month. It has the P01 Premium Package and includes these related option codes:

359 TELEAID USA
389 MOBILE PRE.-INSTALLATION (MTUS) USA/CANADA COMPL.
494 VCS Voice Control System U.S. VERSION


My basic problem is that my Bluetooth Puck, P/N: B6 787 5878, does not light up (yes it's clicked in place and I've pressed and held down the button). COMAND still tells me to "Insert Phone". The puck works in other cars. In my car, the COMAND screen continues to tell me "Insert Phone" and the blue lights on the puck never light up.


Is there anyone out there that can tell me if my Bluetooth Puck should work with this configuration? I believe it should.


Here is a picture of the modules in the trunk with part numbers. The names of these modules are different everywhere I look so what I thought was the and on the forums so we need to use the part numbers only to help me out.

I am in a similar boat....but do not even have the item (puck as you called it) that goes into the center console under the arm rest.

My understanding is its called: Mercedes-Benz OEM Bluetooth Module Cradle Adapter Part# B67876131

Id this the same as what you are talking about? See pic below....

If you cannot get yours to operate, want to sell it?

after you press the Mercedes star on the puck for like 5 seconds two leds should start flashing, if it doesn't something is broken. The puck is correct. Older version, but it should still work. The newest on is 6-7-87-6131
