I had an issue with the car after i drove it to the store the car would not start and had high rad fan speed.I replaced coolant temp sensor and did some research and decided to replace the ECM/ECU sitting on top of the engine. I bout a flashed ECU ME9.7 A 2731535579 Mine was A2731536691. I installed it cleared code and rad fan is no longer on. I coded the vin and was going though the process of learning without having access to my ecu cause i got scammed and haven't got it back yet. When i got to the part where it say start the engine the car wont start. So im trying to figure out whats happening I am not getting a signal to the start wire when key is turned on. I havent got another relay yet to replace starter relay but fuse 59 is okay. I have some errors in the ecu attached not sure if any of these would cause a no start or its an ecu problem. Any suggestions?

You can't just swap an ECU from another car...... It has to be virginized, programmed and SCN coded. Then, you can personalize it and activate it. You can't even change the VIN in this ECU, unless it's in virgin state.
