CLS 350 CGI 2006 Ignition Coils
Hello everyone,
I am owner of the beautiful first generation CLS and enjoying the car in every aspect (until recently).
Apparently, I get misfires codes from time to time, usually during summer, and wanted to change the ignition coils.
To my huge surprise, there are no available - or no longer produced - ignition coils for that particular model. The only option here is used ones, which eventually are ticking bomb since I already used one which failed after 5 months (around 4,000km).
The part number is A0001587903. Does anyone encounter this issue? Is there a retrofit situation where I can use a different ignition coil?
