Dyno charts:2012 CLS 63 & 2012 S63 & C63 modded
Finally got done breaking in my car. Wanted to see my baseline numbers. I've been going to the same dyno place where insideline did the 2012 S63 with PP (563hp/664 torque). My old C63 which had Singh autosport tune and Kleeman K2 short headers. I will be doing a tune next week and will post the result. My CLS does not have the performance pkg.

Very good numbers. Wow!
I forget what percentage we lose to the drivetrain...I think somewhere in the neighborhood of 15%. I'm sure someone else can correct me.
If so, either your motor is built very well or Mercedes is undercutting their "actual" performance figures again. I believe the latter to be true. Afterall, one of their goals was to avoid the GG tax on this vehicle. I think HP and fuel economy play a role in that. Again, I'm not entirely sure.

The % lose depends on each dyno machine. I posted all 3 as they were dyno on the same machine but different days. Just a comparison to show how strong the M157 can be as proven on the S63 when is boosted!

As more and more owners tune their motors, we'll find out if the M157 can produce similar numbers to that S63 with PP.

as i recall, S63 (PP: 563hp/900NM, Normal:636hp,800NM) has more HP than CLS63 (PP:549hp/800NM, Normal: 525hp/700NM)) so he S platform is stronger, thats why it showed more on the dyno.
