Run Flats on the GTS
Hello everyone,
My GTS came with a huge spare tire in the trunk. It gives it a classic feel however there is no practicality in it. So I was wondering would I be able to install run flats on the GTS or do I need to take it to the dealer to install something.

Don't do it, the ride, mileage and handling will suffer. if it bothers you having a spare, get a fix a flat kit and take the tire out. My last SL came with run flats, hated them and replaced them after one month, put them back on when we turned the car in.

and they weigh more than boat anchors... you will feel it on acceleration with the gain in unsprung weight.
