GT Black Series Production Numbers USA
Look at my post up thread (#273). It my give you some comfort in knowing that more BS series are on their way to the US.
It could mean that the missing parts you are waiting for are on their way too.
I hope your issues are resolved soon…hopefully by the end of the month.

My BS isonThe Hawaiian Highway scheduled to arrive Saturday 11/20 or Wednesday 11/24 at the VPC in Brunswick, GA.
What this means for you BALTIMORE VPC guys is your BS may be on the same ship and may be in Baltimore Friday 11/19 or Monday 11/22.
(The 2 dates are because the MarineTraffic.com site indicates the later date. Baltimore Monday 11/22)
With the parts shortage what happens next is unknown at this point but a “Turkey Day” present for us all would be nice.
Regards
Jerry

Is it possible to ascertain how many SLS's were manufactured with this combination ?
During a visit to amg's headquarter 2 months ago, i had the opportunity to speak to their GM, where i had this info.
The Best of Mercedes & AMG

This is the additional information I would like to see;
Total BS Made

Grand Total Produced
Also, for my BS I would like to confirm if it was the last 8 or 10 made.
I hope you are continuing to enjoy your BS. For me I’m just getting started.

I'm actually taking mine out tomorrow morning

I had mine out today. I just had to “exercise it” now that all of the wrap and windshield protection has finally been installed.
I need to thank you again for offering up your car for the XPEL templates.
They all seem to be spot on and lay up tight around the badges.
Enjoy your ride tomorrow.

I have read the owners manual a couple of times regarding the traction control on the Black. It’s confusing at best.
My understanding is that traction control is on automatically in “C” mode. In S, S+ and Race modes I am at a loss too.
Until I better understand how the Black traction system works, I think I would rather have the GTR version.

I probably would have spun out with traction on, it was 45* outside and the road was even colder. Literally it was like being on ice, luckily all the curbs were far away. The C2R tires are not meant for this type of weather.
There's a bit of info in this article:

and this article has the best explanation of the 9-stage operation that I've ever seen:

Thank you very much. I’ll read over everything and test it out.
