Does anyone know the torque specs for front and rear swaybarlink?

Until I undid the nut and felt the torque, I wasn't entirely confident which torque was upper and which was lower. I wish MBZ was a more rigorous in their naming as they often use multiple/different names for the same item or type of item ... something you learn not to do if you want to write good software!
I did not undo the front linkage.
