removing sand layer on the car

after i wash the car with time some sand settled in the car very small layer
u can hardley see it but it will make a diffrent if i wipe it off. will i coz swirl and scratches if i wipe this layer with a microfiber towels ??? i think it is safe

yes u will cause swirls by doing that. U might be able to use the california car duster, but not for sand.. just dust. Washing is always the safest bet.
