thinking about ordering one, can anyone who tried this product explain a lil bit more about it. does it scratch or create swirls.

I wouldn't touch that thing. Any web mall using the "as seen on tv" gets zero credibility from me.

If you don't want swirls, you gotta get microfiber mitts and wash manually.
