Newbie - My First Detail
So I've been heavily into motorbikes for many years and always had a crappy car. Had all kinds of 600's and superbikes, even raced a few years competatively until just about reaching pro status and not much farther to go from there so getting back into cars instead.
Recently I finally got something nice and picked up a pre-owned 09 C230.
I've always taken the ut-most care of my motorcycles and thought I would do my first "real" detail on my car.
Wash - Gold Class McGuire's (2 bucket system)
Seal - Zymol
Wax - Zymol
Rims - Sonax
Interior - McGuire's
I plan in the next couple of weekends to do a proper clay bar, and use the complete line of Wolfgang's products to clay, buff and polish, sealer, Fuzion wax and then detailers mist after to get the perfect extrior. Clean and seal the wheels. Will also use Wolfgangs interior cleaner / protectant, and of course Leatherique clean and rejuvination oils on the leather. Will let you all know how that goes, but for now here are the pics of the lower budget phase 1.
