I am looking into doing a paint protection application and am deciding between Modesta and Gtechniq. One detailer uses Modesta and claims that is the best and quoted $1950 all in (prep including detail and correction + Modesta application) for my C450. Another detailer would use Gtechniq. He used to use Modesta and Ceramic Pro in addition to Gtechniq, but said Gtechniq was the best product so is really only using that going forward. He quoted $1450 for the same prep + application.

Given the cheaper price and that I know the Gtechniq detailer works with the local Aston Martin/Lambo/Mclaren/Lotus dealer, I am leaning towards going that route. I am new to this market so just wanted to get opinions on the two and if there's any reason to spend the extra $500 for Modesta.
