I just wanted to give credit to Weathertech for their outstanding customer service. Shortly after taking delivery of my 2024 c43 I purchased a set of their floorliners. While at the car wash, I took the floorliners out to vacuum the carpets. I didn't notice that one of the grommets that snap the liners to the floor had come apart. Somehow, the top part of the grommet got lost. I emailed Weathertech, told them what happened, and asked if I could purchase a replacement grommet. They asked me to email a photo of the damaged liner, and said they would see what they could do. A few days later, I received a complete, new set of floorliners at no charge. Since the issue was my fault, I'd say they went way above and beyond what could be expected.
