We have a new 2020 Sprinter that we had a remote start installed in. We do heatingservice and often have the van running in customers driveways. We specifically had a remote start installed to have the high Idle since we have it running so often. Now every time the remote start is used the parking lights and mirror lights flash constantly. We are going to have some irritated customers if we can not figure this out. And of course the installer had no clue and MB wants nothing to do with it. I hope someone here can help!

Hello, we manufacture the starter kit. There are programmable settings which allow you to disable the flashing lights, give us a call at 312.421.1114 x2 and we will get you sorted.

Thank you, it's fixed now. But I do wish I would have seen this reply before driving 3 hours to have the installer get the same instructions from you that we could have easily done in our driveway. Thank you again though, getting this fixed was very important.
