I cannot see why they would not consider it. You will just have to convince your fellow countrymen of its credentials & to provide a market.

Well, that sounds easy enough. lol America has yet to embrace the diesel for passenger cars. Also, if America would embrace modern automotive diesels, it would be a nightmare for the oil companies to see our consumption slashed by 30-40%. They keep our diesel artificially high in the states. Much higher than gasoline. several years ago, diesel was much less than gasoline, as it is in most of the world.

I agree 100 % with every word ...The cost of diesel is same as cost for regular gas and if you take in consideration higher cost of diesel cars, it is reason why we don't have enough diesel cars in NA.

My preference choice is E280 4-matic diesel (from Europe) and I can dream that one day we can get it here ...Until than, I am driving truck
