Exhaust Pressure Sensor 2008 E320 BlueTec

My "Check Engine" light came on and the engine felt sluggish.. The Fault Code shows P0471 and P0473 both referring to the Exhaust Pressure Sensor.
I have looked all over the engine, especially near the Turbo exhaust but I cannot locate the sensor. Does anyone here know where I can find it? Is it maybe underneath the engine? On the Internet it shows a squarish device w/ two small pipes, one thicker than the other. I'm not even sure if that is the right item.
Anyone's input is greatly appreciated!

As you know the 642.941 has three exhaust sensors and I believe that the one you are looking for is B60 (exhaust gas back pressure sensor)

Remove the engine trim panel and look to the rear near the exhaust gas recirculation pipe heat shield and you will see the sensor on the pipe.

The torque is 25Nm.
