1922 Ford Model T / no OBD
Why did you put incomplete engine into car? Now connecting the wires is going to be a nightmare.

And again a little upgrade....I see its inner diameter too small (3 cylinder 18-20mm)
so I made a bigger one ... it will be better for the larger turbo ... Yeah and EGR off..

Mods made at your leisure are the best. Not pressed for time, your wife isn't pestering you to get the work over with because she's fed up of sharing her car with you.
The best!!!
A szabadidőn belül készített modok a legjobbak. Nem nyomják az időt, a feleséged nem gúnyolja meg a munkát, mert elakadt tőle, hogy megosztja veled a kocsiját.
A legjobb !!! [/ quote]
Köszönöm .... igen sajnos sok idő múlásával ... de szeretem csinálni ... Igen, a feleségem szereti a kocsikat ... így bocsáss meg az időt töltött az autó ..

Diesels do not need lower compression for increased performance. There are many competition diesels running 100+psi boost on stock compression ratio. Whats needed is stronger headgasket and stronger head bolts (studs).

Lowering compression is common too, a buddy does tractor pull diesel big rig motors, his dyno maxes out (old water brake style) around 2500 bhp. It’s fascinating to watch them light off a test motor, some are running triple compound external compressors and nitrous and/or propane. They have removable ports in eaxhaust manifold similar to wideband ports, they torch heat 2-3 exhaust valves to act as mega glow plugs. Peak boost is over 200 psi once fully spooled. I know it’s redneck as ****, but if you ever a get a chance to go see live in person big diesel tractor pulls, I seriously hope you will. Even the Detroit diesel 2MV12 (may have nomenclature wrong) I raced (pitted across from us during KTM/Ducati Team days) with at bikes peak hill climb (PPIH) had reduced compression pistons from stock though larger bores, V12 layout with a pair of roots type blowers and 4 plus turbos depending on which year in addition to being a valves two stroke diesel. This was even done at 10k feet MSL because they go better power from charge cooled boost than higher compression. I’ll see if I can find a video of that thing, one of the sickest engine sounds ever to be created by direct oil injection!
these mega motors are fascinating to watch on the staging line. Set brakes or Torque Converter...push pedal down slowly, a solid black column of smoke rises out the top, as compound turbo sections each begin to spool that column of smoke goes from solid black to opaque and then when big final charger is up to speed, clear heat distorted air and sometimes a little bit of blue fire out top of stacks...then release brakes, and drop hammer. I’ve watched tractor pull motors make over 300 psi boost but only on 6-8:1 compression pistons. I will pick up a spare blown piston next time I visit dudes shop, he owns an airport west of Houston so flying in to watch a test or two (open air dyno) is only a 45 minute hop from my home airport. Imagine a LONG skirt typical truck diesel piston. You know how piston crown has flat squish are then a dropped center with a conical raised section. Imagine this but with say only 10mm squish band width, combustion pocket recessed to just safely above wrist pin, still a bit of a strengthening hump on bottom of chamber, heads while ported look stock-ish from bottom or fire deck side.
Lemme see if I can find a video of that PPIH race truck with the V12....if I do listen through a decent headset and volume up, in person it sounds amazing!
here is Banks engineering Detroit diesel V12, it’s a compound setup with perhaps only one turbo (giant) and 3 roots blowers
[/ QUOTE]
If you are so sure that*there is no need..you can show me then.. 4-500 hp* *3.0 V6 cdi ..factory interior...* * *(There are no stronger parts)
diesel and diesel engine*between*there are many differences...*

Thats so crazy!! I lol'd at torch heating the valves!!
