Welcome. What other language you can communicate in? We do have members speaking all kind of languages.
The video is not showing much beside that you have lot of oil leaks.
To inspect the turbo, pull the inlet hose, inspect the fins for damage and try to spin it with finger. Good turbo suppose to make lot of turns before it stops.

Yeah, i know , its littlebit oili. Just bought this car. Future plans dieselmeken, biger turbo....., at now i want it to run nice.
I have changed boost sensor, turbo solenoid with egr and back (both have same product) code. Star dont give codes. Vacum hoses looks nice. Egr moves freely.
Boost sensor only controls turbo vacum solenoid or its "connected" some other devices that can cause this kinde problem. I know , when i disconect egr vacum solenoid then turbo vacum is "gone".

Don't know what you call boost sensor, but this is the old-fashion turbo that is on all the time and only wastegate operates overboost.
So the only problem you might have is sticky wastegate, or air leaks.
Than again, you chose to not disclosure your location and MB makes different set ups for different market, so what we know about US models might not apply to your engine.
Pictures would explain a lot.
