Plastic intercooler pipe broken 2011 Blu tec

Hi ; I just found the black plastic pipe broken where the plastic pipe connects with the metal pipe that goes into the turbo : does anyone have a part number and a name of this part?? I can’t find it anywhere on the MB parts sites; also what is the larger diameter cylinder right below it?? Thank You in adavance; Joe

I think you are talking about OM642 engine?
That pipe is called fresh air pipe or connector tube and cost hefty dolar$$.
Here is one, but confirm fitment with your VIN on the site

It’s the plastic pipe on the front of the engine real close to the serptine belt , it acts like a air muffler : it is plastic with a bend in it , the plastic broke where the bolt goes in. Or ordered a new one today ; not bad $ 92.00 .

Or, improved part:

Lots of the plastic ones fail, the lower factory bolt doesn't go into the block / hole tapping but 5/16 inch or so.
With the part linked above you can countersink the lower bolt tube extra 5/16 to 3/8 and get a secure attachment.
So many OM642 motors have had the lower bolt hole galled.
Too short bolt is the reason the torque spec is so low (what, 8 ft/lb?)

You can't countersink the OEM bakelite part...
Maybe you can find bolt 3 7/8" - I couldn't, at least not from the dealer.
