Can someone please help me?! I'm having trouble installing the side markers. I removed the three pins and got half of the side marker loose. I was able to unhook the part of the marker closest to the rear of the car. However, the part of the side marker near the front bumper is still held in place. But I am not able to tell what is keeping it in place. Any advice? Thanks!!

Did you remove the bulb socket first prior removing the OEM side marker?

Turn the side marker socker counter-clockwise to remove from the side marker, after that, you can push forward the tab (slow and easy) from the side marker to detach from the front bumper piece.

I believe 100% is the bulb socket blocking something inside the bumper so that the side marker cannot slide out.

Try it and report the status of your work.

can someone do a tutorial on how to install this? I've done it on my previous 335i and it didnt require me to take off the fender.

is it possible to just put like a dark black tint on the sidemarkers to save all the trouble?
