Lesser models are typically driven by a much younger demographic, a group that would like the cleaner debadged look.

i don't think it has something to do with lesser models etc.

i think as mentioned above its all about the "clean" look..

my buddy has a 760li and its debadged, he likes it in sleeper mode

Personally I think a debadged trunk lid on a MB or BMW looks clean, however, everytime I see a debadged car on the road I don't see/think that - I default to "V6/4cyl car". Over here guys don't debadge much - they rebadge. I can't tell you how many C200/350's I've seen badged as C63's and the same goes for 3 and 5 series bimmers wearing M3 and M5 badges.

At the end of the day, it's your ride mate, do whatever makes you happy!

I agree I am just wondering how it will look. I mean anyone who knows MB's will know the differences in the E350 and the E550 Coupes ( front bumper, back bumper, exhaust and most of all engine noise) I am not here to fool anyone, just want a cleaner look. Does anyone hae pictures?

I agree 100% that it looks cleaner, no question. Don't wait for a pic, take a pic of yours and simply photoshop it debadged pal. I don't know what color your car is but I think debadged dark colored cars really look good because the chrome lettering/numbering is so noticable.
