The sliding cover for the ash tray on my 2012 E350 is stuck open. A small piece of plastic fell behind the sliding door when it was fully closed. I slid the door open and now plastic piece is blocking the door from sliding closed. Does anyone have a link to a video on how to remove the ash tray so I can reach behind the it and remove the plastic that is blocking proper operation?
