Great conversion, we'll done.
Do you mind putting a diy steps together for better clarity and help for the members?
For example, for the headlight conversion, what parts are needed in total and does one need to replace the front bumper and fenders, hood?
Same for the back.
Also, cluster replacement step by step pictures will help and what sw changes are required if any?
Love the mods and don't mean to make "work" F you but if put together nicely this could be a sticky for a long time

For the headlights you need:
4 modules that sits under the lights
Converter modul
Programming
Grill
Front bumper
You DONT need fenders or hood on W207. That is only on W212 where you need those as well.
5 clock Cluster you only need the cluster and programming.
3 clock cluster you also need a new front panel for it.
I can show pics later.

Can you PM me on price and availability of the 3 dial color instrument cluster with new face to fit a 2011 E350? Anything you can do to prepare it for a dealership installation would be appreciated.

Also, how easy was the steering wheel retrofit? I've been eyeing a w204 c63 wheel (507 if I can get my hands on one), but the newer one looks great.

Price was $300 for W205 wheel
No coding needed. You need a 2014+ steering column and W218 buttons and circuit plate.
As I wrote in my GLK build thread:
Any steerngwheel you like. W205,W218,W176,W217 and so on
Button A09990507009107
Button A09990506009107
Contac circuit plate A0994640417 or A0994641000 (or A1664640417 for a rebuild of old plate.)

Great job
Greetings from Copenhagen
Great job Chris! 👍
It looks fantastic with all the new parts.
The workshop (Momme, I Think you know this guy) just finished the Car with complete new bumpers, rear lights and front ILS lights with 4 new units
mounted.
All we need now is the coding, we cannot find anyone here that can do it, do you know anyone there? Any idea about how much they charge for it? Thanks in advance 😊

Wow Chris, i am loving your mods. I have just recently purchased my 2013 E550 coupe. I am looking to do some retrofits, mainly the exterior for now as i think interior may be a bit expensive for me. i can't wait to see how yours will turn out! If possible can you do a DIY write up of the exterior? I am sure there will be alot of us that want to know the step by step. Thank you in advance!!!

Well !
1. You remove the innerplastics panels at the fenders.
2. Then under the car you remove the plastic dust cover.
3. Then you losen 2 screws that holds the bumper to the fenders.
4. Losen the 2 upper screws that holds the bumper and then you see 2 screws that hold the bumper located close to the fogs and then it is lose.
5. Then you losen the clips for the plastc covers at the upper grill.
6. Then losen the 4 upper screws on the headligts. The outer one you losen from under it. And the 2 last ones in rear of the headlights outer side.
7. If you have headlight washers you just klick the concotr lose and your done.
